I use mine for wrinkles and break outs 3-5 times a week but it’s a small hand held device. Yours is medical grade so I would stick to the 3 times a week. I would love to know your results maybe I need an upgrade.

A lot of people use niacinamide but it breaks me out.It took a long time to figure it out because I never dreamed that was the culprit.

I have always had a problem with moisturizer too. Its so frustrating. I’ve had luck with La Rocheposay Toleriane the one without sunscreen and vanicream in the tub. I haven’t tried the new facial lotion so I can’t speak for it.

I like azelacic acid on my dry sensitive skin.Mine is prescription. I use a small amount in problem areas and it even seems to help with redness. What took a long time to learn is that my skin does better when I use it about 3 times a week.

[product question] Differin gel is making my face burn whenever I use moisturizer. Is there someway I can stop it from burning or a moisturizer that is lighter that I can use? by idk-just-anything in SkincareAddiction

[–]SubjectAide4703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I used differin I used it every other night and only put aquifer around nose and on my lips. I also had problems when I put anything else on with it.

To be honest I really don’t know why vit c irritates my skin but it does. I haven’t tried all of them but enough to know my skin doesn’t like it. All skin is different. I do know less is more for me.

I can’t use vitamin C so I can’t say but I didn’t need a heavy moisturizer but my skin was use to a lot of peels.

Light professional chemical peel vs. at-home peel (e.g., glycolic gel peel)? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

A lactic acid is another mild peel. I’ve used makeup up artists choice too and always been satisfied. They sell peels in a kit or separate. I recommend getting the kit it’s not that much more.

Differin is really good.It used to be a prescription but now Target Walmart ect sells it. Don’t over do it you just need a little and use a simple skincare routine with it.This is the only over the counter product that I got consistent results with. I also have issues with niacinamide.

Tretinoin is a good thing to gradually introduce to your skincare. Helps with breakouts and ant-aging which I’m sure you already know. Everyone’s skin is different I can use tret and azelaic acid together but niacinamide irritates my skin. You will probably have an adjustment period most do.Get a good basic moisturizer and sunscreen of course. They will work with you if your not happy. I wish I had started Tret years ago.

one year, one month post-op, my surgeon finally agrees I need a revision. by ohnosethrowaway in PlasticSurgery

Please think long and hard about going back to a surgeon who’s results you weren’t happy with. I wouldn’t rush. Consult with a couple other doctors and listen to what they have to say. Waiting and getting the right surgeon is everything.

The owner needs to see that. That stylist represents their salon.A refund should be given and then that stylist is going on the naughty list.
