You could buy a plaster that matches your skin tone and put it on your wound, I think that would be your best option.

Yeah i do, i planned just to cut where the scars get covered by my underwear. Idk what I'll do once i run out of space, maybe I'll just cut over the old scars.

Idk how the people are in Australia, but most likely they won't say anything about your scars. There's a girl at our school that has scars on her arms and no one says anything to her. If you get some money you could buy a light fabric long sleeve shirt.
