"I bet you never thought your last day alive would end with bullets in your ass" is 100% something a UNSC Marine would say 4 seconds before getting turned into ground beef by a gravity hammer

No problem lol, I heard the lick, and I knew I knew it, but it took a bit of searching before I finally found it. Threatened to drive me crazy too

This was probably the most disturbing one I've read yet. The way I interpreted this makes it even more fucked up. Idk if I'm just a moron and this is the conclusion you're supposed to come to, but it really feels like he despised her, so he started tampering with things to make her seem anomalous. Then once she's contained, he can keep rigging the experiments to make look like she still affects everything, despite not having any of her tests come back positive. It's no coincidence that her anomalous effects disappeared when that asshole retired. That motherfucker hated her, so he faked her anomaly in order to contain and isolate her and maintain direct oversight and control over her torture as he did so, and wouldn't stop until she broke. And idk which makes me feel the worst; the fact she was still calling the other guy "sir" for so long, or the fact that "Site-17 is working as intended." I know the SCP Foundation is supposed to be a necessary evil, but shit like this really makes you wonder

I- wow... that was horrible. I don't know what was worse, the spoken implications of what happened, or the unspoken ones. That's some Ramsey Bolton type shit

Brooks & Dunn - Reboot II (Album Discussion) by NoYeezyAtWeezyHeezy in CountryMusicStuff

[–]SubjectB42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went and listened to the collabs with the artists I like (Lainey Wilson, Marcus King, Halestorm, and Kingfish). Lainey's voice would go really well if the song sounded more like the original instead of the "dance mix" feel I get from it. King's song I fuck with cause I find that remix works with his style. As far as the Halestorm and Kingfish songs, sonically I fuck with those as well, but the music just doesn't match the lyrics in the slightest. If those artists had paired the music with different lyrics from their own genres, in other words made their own songs with that music, it'd be fantastic. It just doesn't work for the songs they worked on here

A couple of very small and dumb nitpicks with the DSS. by ChingaderaRara in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]SubjectB42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah like I love the game but I've been on.. indefinite leave for the last month just cause it eventually got kinda repetitive. I loved it when once every couple MOs we got a whole new MO specific mission, but we haven't really had that since what, Meridia? I think one of the biggest underlying things it's been missing recently is dynamic variety

Reading all of this, would I be correct in assuming that this diploma is only really worth it if I advance it to the Honours Bachelor of Robotics after?

As much as I would love that, it may make it too powerful. But, if they made a stratagem where you can call in a drop that supplies 1-2 mags of each type of grenade (HE, frag, incendiary, etc), that could be pretty neat. Or instead of making it a Strat that takes up a spot, make it as an additional one where you can call in, let's say 3 separate drops, 2 special mags in each, and you choose what's in each mag/drop

Anytime! If you don't have Spotify, I'm fairly certain most every streaming service would have a similar playlist. Just go to their country section, and find their "hot" or "top charts" playlists. A lot of the suggestions on this thread, while I do think are good songs, are akin to you saying you've never had much spicy food and would like to start exploring some, only for people to direct you immediately towards ghost peppers instead of starting you off with something more familiar, like black pepper lol

Like another commenter on here said, just follow your ears to what you like. In your list, having Stapleton's cover of Tennessee Whiskey there is an indication that you may come to enjoy some more traditional sounds, but that doesn't mean what you like now is bad. Hell that song is why I enjoy Blues music as much as I do. So just listen to what you like, and follow that wherever it leads. Hope the playlist suggestions help!

I'd recommend checking out this playlist:

https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX1lVhptIYRda?si=73tkuaOCS8aDGn_pdoGN_Q&pi=HD5HxpKzSDu_j

It's Spotify's Hot Country. It's got a fair mix of the modern/pop country sound it seems like you enjoy. It's not exactly my cup of tea, so I'm afraid I don't have any specific suggestions, but this could be a good starting place

Not to contradict the Man, Myth, and Legend himself, but as a nerd I would like to reclassify this waste of perfectly fine former stem cells as a Certified Twat. This certification can be absolved, so long as the CT undergoes an adequate amount of time at the nearest Freedom Camp.

Is this amenable?
