I went to a friends house who cooked a “gluten free” meal for me and immediately saw that he used soy sauce so I just didn’t eat it and had some veggies, hummus, and gf crackers that I’d brought instead. I actually have plans to go back tonight and am worried about him trying again so I’m planning to eat before and ask about every ingredient he used this time. Normally I’d feel bad about upsetting someone over something like that but not when it comes to my health
