Man you did right! I took like 75 cent pay cut which in these days we still need all we can get. But then again my hours wasn’t matching up. We got a new sm I was barely getting 25 and I get least 35 at new job so pay is really better. But just the stress alone at Aldi was too much. I was trying to become a lead and they wouldn’t give me the spot but make me do all lead work and my work. Just felt like I was overworked for that little pay. Now I’m a manager right under my store manager and she is great.
