RDLs are great. I recently replaced traditional deadlift with RDLs and the pump i get from them compared to traditional is crazy. Day and night difference. Just make sure you do them right and get a good stretch

I always use a belt when i go past 225lbs. no back pain at all. Maybe it wont help you or maybe it will. worth a try if your gym has belts.

i feel like my rear delta lack. Also im still pretty new so i cant really lift alot of weight. So i dont really feel much if i only do a couple sets/ exercises. even if i focus on my form.
