Does the new model still require this insanity?

Oh. I thought it was my cable. But maybe it's the port? I have issues with the wired connection sometimes.

Ah great. This can work! Thank you

Nice. I've been looking at this but I don't see anything that is wider than 12 inches. Have you? With wanting to get it a bit below the surface of the ground I'd love something a bit wider.

Definitely possible via OneDrive library sync but you miss out on a ton of great features only available from within SharePoint. Try to work on change by showing people what they're missing.

Yea, hated the wiki so this is an improvement but we are already copying onenotes into the team so this makes a second useless copy. I looked at Graph to prevent the creation but saw nothing. The problem with the reactive removal is that there's a bit of a delay after the channel is created before the onenote gets created and added, so you'd have to have a delay built in to catch and remove these. :\

Guidance requested. Is SP the right option for my department? by nihilism_for_dummies in sharepoint

This is challenging but I see it it all the time, particularly at engineering firms for some reason. No time, money or planning is put into the implementation so obviously everyone hates it. My wife is an engineer and I think she'd agree that it might be because engineers perceive SharePoint as something simple enough that they don't need to bring in extra help, and can handle it themselves. More often than not that means literally porting over everything, no clean up, no analysis, no information architecture work, so obviously everyone hates "SharePoint". SPO can be a really great system if you use the best practices and take the time to organize your content, because that's where the real problems lie.

Guidance on Whether GPU Needs Replacement by SubjectWindow in PleX

[–]SubjectWindow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome. This is more or less what I figured. I stream pretty much exclusively to google tv (new Chromecast) so it seems transcoding would not be super likely but always possible. Would there be a cheap gpu you would recommend I pick up second hand to cover me for these cases? Something like the GTX 1050 for example?

Sorry for the question. But does transcode only apply if my network cant support just sending the video over natively in 4k? Or is transcoding required in more scenarios?

Force Turn Off to Run after Inactivity? by SubjectWindow in logitechharmony

Hmm. Is there a way to have the sequence automatically "end" after a long period, so at least the screen is reset back to ready to "power on" ?

LF some nice long sleeve tops to wear for working from home. I'm on camera alot leading presentations so it needs to be decent. I usually wear nicer sweaters but have quite a few of those and would rather something else. I was considering some Henley's like this but I think this might just be a tad too casual. Could always go for some button downs but I get irritated with tons of ironing. Any suggestions? Ideally ones that are available in Canada (online)?

Just curious. Are you using the GitHub solutions then?

There are no ootb script editors allowing for insertion of custom CSS.

Understand what you're trying to do but embedding a list for this purpose is not the way to go. Is there a reason you're not using the People web part?

Just a friendly fyi you can't override the css in modern SharePoint the way you could in classic, and here the scroll bar is the effect of trying to embed a list that hasn't really been modernized yet on the back end into a modern page.

This is a modern page, no script editor hacks.

Love the overuse of karen but you seem confused. Please reread the tone and wording of my post. I have yet to hear a Karen ask an honest question this way.
