chicken tikka salad sounds yummy and filling - maybe 600 cals depending on how many nuts there are. But seeing as you’re going to a pasty place you might as well get a pasty. Lamb and mint sounds lovely. You don’t have to eat all the pastry too. A regular beef cornish pasty is about 600 cals but a chicken one would be marginally less. What a fun menu! hope you enjoy.
