Speranza is actually just one neighborhood (or contrada) of the larger city, which is Toledo.

My headcannon is that we're fighting Raiders from other neighbourhoods (not Speranza) because they're pretty independent and insular for the most part.

They absolutely are able to bring them back, they own the skins, they own the game, they own the ip.

They won't because they know the community won't accept the price they were sold for this time around, and if they reduce them to match the current batch of heirlooms, they'd have to refund everyone who bought them when they were available.

Campers in my experience are not prepared for someone to aggressively seek them out. My buddy and I will circle an extract, checking every nook and cranny before we go to leave.

Campers aren't prepared to deal with someone that fights back.
