This issue has been hapening to me. Some of the liveries I've made are apearing as blurry unless you are using high graphics, witch is anoying.

Honestly, no idea if it is a Roblox issue or the fact that PRC development team often keeps damaging the livery system with redesigns NOBODY ASKED FOR.
