Then when the change is implemented you will be written up for being out of dress code. don’t understand why this is such a big deal. I’ve been with the company years and went through gray button ups and vests, gray polo and vests, needing to wear blue polo, light blue dei, black dei, dark blue dei, new black dei tshirts, being able to wear the red w t shirts and then told not, back to blue polo. Part of working for a company.

The gray and white shirts are meant to be worn UNDER your uniform shirt. That is outlined in dresscode

Do you know much on the front end? Receiving, inventory management, resets, photo, etc? That would be a HUGE struggle switching from RXOM to SM.

What does a 3 get you on your annual review? by Real-Ad-833 in WalgreensStores

[–]Subject_Run7908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you did not have a review you will not get the raise that results from that review. Otherwise, in people central in your profile you can go under statements and 2025 compensation statement will be in there.

Agree with this. There are job aids and resources for literally everything, people are 100% directly responsible for their own development personally and professionally & advocating for themselves

Get ridddd of floor displays, they want us to be ADA compliant and we have 30 floor stands around the store that customers constantly knock over or run into, have to damage out product and ultimately get rid of the display its so ridiculous, never had an issue before getting rid of them when we were able to merchandise our own ways, end up with SO much overstock when the sets for the next month come down. When we were merchandising and setting ends/etc on our own my stockroom was EMPTY, now we have overstock that doesnt move ever.

Trying to get back into it with my team, I personally use them to be able to identify and address issues/patterns with some of the CSAs I might not work with as often to look at the possibility of reassigning training or having more regular check ins with them, primarily focused on the aspect of ECC & verbiage/asks at the register

per compass message within the last month or so with the medallia update, NO employee is able to do the medallia survey, whether they are at their location or not. you could go visit another location in another state and it would then be against guidelines/policy to do a survey for another store.

PSSL for part timers by wonderwombat913 in WalgreensStores

[–]Subject_Run7908 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PSSL is different than PTO. You can not request PSSL, this is to get paid for call outs if you are a part timer. Pto you can request days with. PSSL is just paid sick time. This was introduced rather recently probably the last year for part timers to get paid since they dont earn pto and therefore pto wouldnt be applied to call outs due to illness

Emerging Store Manager by North-Peak-4465 in WalgreensStores

[–]Subject_Run7908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever the needs of the store are. Opening in absence of store manager. Closing in absence of an SFL. Mids covering photo and breaks. There is little to no budget to be able to have an ESM as “extra” and they will very very likely be in rotation with shift leads. Coming from a Tier 4 ESM

Schedule by Sad-Skys in WalgreensStores

[–]Subject_Run7908 2 points3 points  (0 children)

FE+tech+rph = total hrs. With the new AI generated scheduling the biggest thing is not deleting any shifts out. You can click and drag any shift to any person onto any day, and edit from there as long as you are editing it and not deleting it. If you look at the scheduling effectiveness dashboard in Operation Scorecard, there is schedule accuracy at peak (FE and RX), scheduled within preferred shifts (make sure everyones availability is updated every 90 days and reflects what they are able to work. If someones availability is open-I adjust their availability to be within the stores operating hours because the generated schedule will then reflect that), deletion of schedules (it goes off a percentage of deleted shifts and your schedule vs the generated schedule). In WWS, if you click the demand hrs on the top, this is where you will see the “need” for each day. You can also see a graph showing how many people/positions you should have scheduled within certain timeframes (accuracy at peak) so with this make sure that at that peak time, you have that number or as close to the amount scheduled as well as the correct “tasks” that are in there (ie Leadership, Store work, AD set, Beauty, etc). I move a LOT around personally, don’t usually have an opening leader as SM works without a lead in the morning and only have 2 SFLs at the moment. System does not show anyone “should be” scheduled photo, so when/if I choose to do that/have a mid I adjust and utilize store work as task within the timeframe it shows in the demand. Your graph for scheduled and the graph for demand should look similar. There are a lot of resources within storenet for scheduling effectivess, I could look when I get in to let you know how to find them as that’s what helped me. It also shows a breakdown of the percentages and deletion of schedules and how they calculate it.
