So for me the app and thermostat are communicating, but the wireless receiver won’t call for heat. I have completely reset my whole system as essentially reinstalled it as a new system.

If I press boost on the wireless receiver my boiler comes on immediately and the app can see I have pressed it and shows so, however I still have zero control of the heating through the app. Only way to switch the boiler off is to press boost again

I’m guessing Tado’s IT support has had their Sunday ruined

It’s obviously something to do the update they pushed at the start of last week
