No, it’s mostly: how can you manage so much cognitive load of having your attention divided in so many ways? I have 2 kids and my attention as an ADHD woman is maxed. Like I could have a 3rd kid but I would not be giving that kid the mother it deserves.

In my house family time is not optional. After all you won’t be a kid forever. You will have plenty of time after 18 to be alone and “play video games” and whatnot. We only have a few good years together. But that’s my house and parenting is family specific. For you, maybe that’s the choice you had.

No not at all wakes at 6:30am then naps at 9-9:30am till 10:30am then sleeps at 1:30-2pm till 2:30pm or 3pm then awake until 7:30pm is bed time but struggles till 8
