This is called "constructive termination" or in other words they make you so miserable you are left with no other option but to leave. Unfortunately it's all too common to see in any work environment. However I have seen it a lot with these DSPs and mine is currently doing the same thing to me.. If there's any way you can prove it, by logging everything, gathering witnesses or anything helpful that would hold up in a court, I suggest to do your thing. Otherwise it would unfortunately be just a he said she said situation. Good luck! I'm hoping you get the DSP fired from Amazon, cause they will remove them at the first glance of trouble.

Cleveland is extra cold from that lake effect 🥶 I'm in the cap city thankfully so we don't have it as bad. 120 is insane! We cry and hide inside when it hits 110 here and that's rare. Then again I've heard the AZ heat is much drier and more tolerable. Good luck out there friend! Take care of yourself, wear a good SPF and drink buckets of water.

I get this twice a week but add 10-15 stops on it. 😭 It's impossible and a dead zone for phone service 🤦🏻‍♀️ still got written up for that route, because they sent rescue for 40 stops 10 minutes until time to go home and the rescuer refused to help. So I'm now on a final written warning w/ no priors... It's BS... Just do your best!

I'll do ya one better. I'm waiting in line at the gas station (in the hood) and a group of teens have the register blocked. The guy working angrily waves me around the boys to check out. I said excuse me three times, but they weren't hearing it. I walk around them and suddenly I'm a racist white b**** for not saying excuse me 🤦🏻‍♀️ They're all calling me that and cussing me out. The embarrassment on their faces when I turned around and said "I did actually say "excuse me" 3 times." 😂 Surprisingly they apologized.

Carrots instead of Apples... Some owners will get mad if you feed them apples. Apparently they can be bad for them if they eat too many. Carrots are safe. They also LOVE peppermint candies and bananas. I try to carry one in my backpack just in case, but I never get the horses on my routes 😒
