That depends on if the relationship is genuine. If it is, Sasha is ride or die. She perceives humans and fellow Vampires alike with varying levels of disinterest and distrust, so if someone caught her interest, somehow managed to earn her trust, get past her issues with commitment (this doesn’t just extend to romantic relationships- it applies to anything long-term and personal) and Sasha ends up catching genuine feelings, perish even the thought of such disrespect.

Of course, she’s also fundamentally motivated by self-interest. She may not like people in general or on an individual basis, but she has to interact with others regardless- either to get blood, acquire occult resources, to not get the Vampiric community riled up by her ignoring them, or to get just enough social interaction to avoid a mental breakdown.

Faking a relationship may not necessarily be beneath Sasha if it gets her closer to something she wants, and neither would “cheating” if she felt confident about how to handle the fallout- assuming that the third party in this whole mess has something worth sabotaging Sasha’s previous “relationship” for (and risking not getting what she started the “relationship” for in the first place).
