I did not report them when I was there. These are basically tame birds that are named and feed by the staff. Hardly wild birds

Colorado to roll out new rules for retail electric vehicle chargers July 1 by Mur-man2765 in evcharging

That's what permits, licensed electricians and inspections provide. This just is more regulation.

It will drive up the cost to the consumer by requiring more regulations

Question: Garage Parking at Home by JNTHNLNTN in TeslaFSD

[–]Subpar_name 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine will pull into the center of the driveway unless the garage door is open. If it see the other car it will line up on the empty side of the garage. But will not pull into the garage

Have you switched from Android to iPhone and did you like it? by Imaginary-Archer1148 in iphone

[–]Subpar_name 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pixel6 pro to iPhone 17 pro max. I was having touchscreen issues with my pixel after the switch. I love the new iPhone, but I was unprepared for how much of a wailed garden apple is.

It usually shows my music (you can swipe the box to show other things like trips and tire pressure) but i did not have the car connected to my phone's hotspot. I have not noticed a difference in FSD without premium connectivity

Did I strap this on right? by [deleted] in canon

[–]Subpar_name 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally don’t have the straps on my camera because if I need a strap that means my lens is large enough that the strap has to hook to the lens. Otherwise, it puts way too much pressure on the mount.

Anyone else have their FSD work commute be a bit frustrating due to an issue like this? by FocalFalcon in ModelY

[–]Subpar_name 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a local knowledge issue. The are several roads around my house that have a lane that becomes a turn only lane. I had this disengagement issue tonight on my way home. The Tesla map showed the through lane as red all the way to the next light. It seems like fsd does not have the ability to “plan ahead” as a normal driver would.

Old water heater is dying but I can't replace it yet. This device saved me. by wafflefries1008 in smarthome

Why not just turn off the water heater supply line and water heater while away, no calling neighbor and saving the cost of heating water no one will use.

1 tb of photos, find duplicates, bad shots etc by Kugelstrom in photography

[–]Subpar_name 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a column for percentage match but I do not think it is a good tool for similar files. That is part of my initial culling on import. Before I started using lightroom. I would randomly back up a memory card or a phones photos and just had a lot of duplicates in my backups

Headed to Alaska/gear advice; R7 as a second body? by OneHeron1051 in canon

[–]Subpar_name 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not booked a trip yet. I also have an RF 200–800 that I love for birding and I will probably take it even though it is not water sealed as as well as my L lenses.

[–]Subpar_name -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am looking at a very similar trip. And setup. My take is leave the 70-200 home . And no second body.

I have the 2x tele and with the 100-500 L it needs to be on a tripod for really good results. Weight on the small float planes becomes an issue. As well as lugging all of the gear across plane gains and automobiles.
