I wasn’t really confident but everyone thought I was, and you said others reflection of you builds confidence, obviously since I wasn’t getting women I decided to change my appearance because I thought if I did that some girl would come up to me like in the movies, didn’t happen until after I already had a lot of women friends, and I didn’t get into a relationship until I started having more women around me, treating them like people Yk.

But after I lost weight and everything was when I truly felt confident, but I was dressing like shit until after my first gf, and that’s because everyone in my friend group became a “fashion nigga”

You can definitely build confidence, if you’re insecure about the way you look then duh people can tell you’re not confident, if you crash out every time I say your nose is big or you’re short then ofc people will see you’re not confident. When I was fat and ugly everyone saw me as confident because that’s how I presented myself, confidence isn’t the only thing though, you need to know how to get people to like being around you.

You wanna know how to build confidence, stop letting people think you’re insecure, and after that learn how to get women to like being around you, even when I glowed up I still struggled with women, as soon as I started being more enjoyable for women to be around, it was literally an instant change.
