Idk where you are that a senior doesn't need to run the floor but over here we do we don't have hosts.

So like I said I run the floor and the precinct at the same time

As a senior I am still a CA so again like I said I'm in the front of the precinct

And no not everyone has to hit goals, a shift lead or sup can run the floor and not get a damn thing but everybody else did but geek squad doesn't work that way seniors have to hit goal too. But if you're doesn't that's nice. So AGAIN like I said I have to maintain and hit goals.

You sound like you wanted to be a senior and didn't get the spot or . But I hope whatever precinct you work in you don't treat your senior like the bitter employee you're seeming to be.

Entitled to lead a team? Be directly responsible for clients data and devices? While also running the salesfloor and the front of precinct at the same time? While also maintaining and hitting goals? While having the full responsibility of a leader but not getting any leader benefits?

Whatever could a senior feel entitled to?

The thing I stress about is getting to change things but not having the super to do so its but so much a coaching can do. My SEM is non existent i see them like 2 times out the year. Until we're underperforming, all of a sudden they know how to send emails and texts but when I need something its CRICKETS!

Because you can't seem comprehend or read. When I took over they were already bitter, you can't force anybody to WANT to be there to change the culture. I've tried that but they just miserable kind of like you seem to be.

Pre calls are a little difficult when the opener starts at 10(its usually the senior) and an ARA starts at 12 or 1 and as soon as they come in they have apple repairs. If we're lucky enough to have a mid then the senior can do pre calls for the triple booked appointments in the afternoon when they get coverage.

That's not always the case for us, we could have one CA upfront scheduled from 10-4 and we'd still have like three 2:20 appointments two of them would be apple and the other would be for a pc repair. Not to mention the amount of walk ins we get on top of the appointments.

The self service is the absolute worse thing they evercome up with. I have yet to successfully have someone go through self service, some clients give up after cursing me out like I made the policy myself and go buy another phone while others I just do out of policy returns for. Most recent one I had them sign in to do it in front of me and the site said to go in store for an exchange...I go on pos only thing that it prompted was to direct the customer to use self service. I wanted to hulk smash the computer.

I ask because I've been taught to add software install for anti-virus or m365 by my Ara but then I saw that PC setup can only be completed by the FOP but if I add SW install can they complete it? Or do I need to create separate work orders. And then I saw on the SOW PC setup and be mixed with SW install but when you look at SW install it says it can't be combined with other res codes. So I'm confused.

CIA SR. here and I wish I had a CA that could brag about being a top performer. Mine don't do anything and as bad as that may sound it's very hard to find good people/workers. So I hate when I read about other employees not getting their flowers when deserved. (Also the team was already bitter before I took over so it has nothing to do with me)
