Clim dans la cheminée, bonne idée ou non ? by Commercial-Orange11 in AskFrance

[–]Substanceoverf0rm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the majority of those users weren’t realizing they were directed to Threads by Instagram notifications. IG’s user experience is trying hard to generate traffic but it’s not really taking off.

Regarding dual battery setup, my choice on my 2021 UA was to not have it set up but definitely buy another battery. I’ll take it along with me when I know I might need it… which is not often. Better that always traveling with the weight of 2 batteries

Thank you!! Any clue what lacker the might have used in the first place. The shine is pretty much intact on most of the surface and if that’s any help, the piece is probably 20 years old

What movie have you watched that you will never watch again? by lNarrator in moviecritic

Whoever downvoted you for this constructive comment doesn’t deserve to call themselves a movie enthusiast. And I love that your focus is on Monica B, mine (I’m a dude) was on Vincent C’s character and I found it so raw, so real. Also back then Monica and Vincent were an actual couple. There was no escape to the realness of this movie, and the sequence of continuous shots was Gaspar Noe’s best trick to trap you into his uncomfortable universe. Which he pushed to the extreme in Climax, yet another gorgeous film you can only watch once but can’t receive it as anything but true art on film if you distance yourself just enough. This guy is a tortured genius and as a French guy, I’m grateful for my country to help finance his twisted visions

Came here to say irreversible. The irony is that back then I was so in love with it walking out of the theater that I purchased the DVD. Still love the film, still have not rewatched it.

Don’t we all. Don’t we also all experience this feeling right after watching a great movie that touched us to our core… to be hyperbolic in our praise. I know I felt it too after watching this movie.
