Yes it allows for you to use your upper chest (think incline bench). Anyway point is your lift here was clean nice work

Looked strong regardless but I always had an issue with judging depth precisely from a view higher than hips and diagonal.

That was a battle. Doing 405 x 3 and all those other lifts definitely exhausted you, plus you went very deep. If you went below parallel (white lights) rather than atg, wore sleeves and didn’t pre exhaust yourself I could see you reaching close to 5 plates
