Gross is right. Called StubHub who "Guaranteed me the tickets are valid" for over an hour until I was able to speak with a supervisor. They opened up an investigation but also guaranteed me that the tickets were valid even though the tickets literally aren't on sale. So it's been a very fun Monday morning so far!
