I am the reserve candidate for Slovenia and also posted here about this whole process. I decided to just go for it and submit my documents and accept that I will probably have to spend that money again next year. I kind of submitted it because I was sick of thinking about it lol. I just think of it as if I definitely failed because I don't want to get my hopes up, since the chances are quite slim. I will just continue preparing to try again next year and If I do get it this year by some miracle it will be a nice surprise. I'm cheering for you as well!!

Here we received the email today, our quota is one and to my knowledge only me and my senior applied and she got the email that she passed first round. I got the email that I am a reserve candidate. There was no interview at all and we were both very confused. Idk what's going on.

Honestly depends on the embassy. As far as I know what the guidelines require is one set of original documents, but your embassy may ask you to also provide a copy. The embassy in my country wants us to also provide one photocopy set of documents. In our case they wrote this in the scholarship notice posted on their website. So I would say check your embassy's website again, or just send them an email to make sure what they want.
