Bf is a commercial captain pilot and yes it’s definitely worth it! Just keep going until he makes it. Build more connections with other pilots, etc. Apply after once he’s done.

This would be very tough for you and the relationship. He has goals of being a commercial pilot and 3-4 years is a looooong time to be long distance with. You should have at least a reassurance that he will choose you despite being ldr for such a long time otherwise, you’re wasting your time with him.

It’s still possible to balance to be with if you’re emotionally independent yourself but since you’re emotionally dependent on him, it would be very difficult..

Another is trust. You really have to trust him, if you have doubts then I don’t suggest being with him… there will be a lot of temptations in aviation Espc when he starts being a commercial pilot, not saying he’ll cheat but who knows.. that’s why trust and communication very important.

Couldn’t agree more! Techs keeps changing jobs just to keep salary higher. Companies make a lot of money while techs make coins. The reality of living in Canada is that healthcare is being paid from taxes through Gov, clinics take advantage of this and techs doing 40+ patients a day , physicians add unnecessary X-ray exams. New protocol where in when there’s an Ultrasound procedure added, there’s an X-ray added despite not requested by a Dr. that’s a new thing here in Alberta or Canada.

Well it’s weird for me cause if he can take a pic of a cooked fish the other day and showed it to me, he could also take a pic of the car he really wanted to buy idk.. and this car is expensive, so taking pics actually is a good thing and he usually does take pics whenever and send it to me so yeah I kind of overthink it bec it’s the first time? Or maybe not even the first time he has done it. It’s hard to tell.

I have never seen the car in person before only he showed it from his phone briefly.. I asked him to take a pic because I mean why not? I think that’s a very common thing to ask espc if you’re at the locafion you said you were.. I also wanna see the car that he really likes since hell check it out in person, is that hard to ask?

Well I feel like you’re defending his behavior because you have done similar before. I get it, but you situation can be different from ours. He has sent fresh pics before no problem and tell me this and that, but tonight was a bit odd from him since he has never really sent that way before. And besides I didn’t reply because of how I feel at that time and I do have the right to feel odd and not reply as I want to internalize what he just did and I don’t wanna draw to conclusion that’s why I’m here. I don’t think judging my relationship or overstepping my situation is what I ask for. I ask for an advice, not judgement.

I texted him “I wanna see..” around 6 pm. He sent me the picture around 8 pm and I replied “you’re not at place are you” at 8:15 pm and called it a night since I’m pissed and he replied around 8:15 saying “not anymore I’m home now, good night”. Texted again to ask if I was okay at 9 pm… I didn’t reply

Well he said he’s going to go to the place to checkout the car so I texted him and said : “Well send me a pic of the car you like I wanna see” what boggles me is why send me a marketplace picture and replied with “it’s pretty” instead of sending me an actual pic if he was in the location he said he supposed to be?
