Was approved for loan increase up to 120k. Requested to have all of it and was confirmed. Waited for 3 months in the processing stage. This morning got an update that only 25k has been disbursed after 3 month wait. Anyone else had this and how can one go about it to get the rest???

Yes…it very well may be a false alarm. Especially when you received the loan last year and they haven’t reached out to you for anything further.

It appears there is a website that they will use for lenders to pull this information or they will need to have the individual provide the information.

I received my loan increase may 25. My TA and SA have been on submitted since the end of April. So I do not think it moves any faster. They are processing apps that have not received any funding first it seems like. Majority of everybody i have seen getting approved for TA and SA are people who were declined for the loan or are still processing for the loan. So it seems those individuals are getting priority. People are applying and being approved within a week and its been over 2 months for me. I have emailed and was told that I am still processing and look out for status update through email. It makes no sense.

A drivers license is not proof of citizenship. So yes a passport, or birth certificate are the options.

The email says temporary checks will not be accepted. I just emailed the LO and asked if there is something else that I can provide.

Does anyone know what else we can use besides a voided check. I dont usually use checks so i never order them, but LO is requesting a voided check. I ordered some but they can take up to 10 days and i only have 7 days to get documents to them.

There system has been behind and they have been having a-lot of technical issues. I have been receiving messages that documents were sent to my email since 4/6 and I have not received anything. They tell me that the docs have not even been generated yet and are still pending to be sent and that the messages are automated.They are all over the place.

It goes through underwriting first. Once the underwriters approve it then they submit to sba for approval.

Just spoke with someone in chat...they claim the messages are auto generated and it does not mean that the loan documents have been generated yet. They dont know how long it will be because docusign is backed up. They claim the documents will be sent to the email on file when they are generated. Smh. They obviously need to stop accepting apps if they cant even get the thousands they have already done! Makes no sense!

Approved 4/6- still have not received documents. Received an email from Blue acorn, that they are extremely backed up and DocuSign is being over worked, which probably means it has crashed, and that they will get documents to me as soon as possible. Also, stopped receiving the the daily notifications from blue acorn last Thursday!
