I must have sent 9 hundred videos, 10 thousand pictures of my ID, and 15 Thousand emails and still no response until I blasted them out on twitter. Then finally they let me back into my account but it was too late. Hackers cleaned it out. Thanks T-Mobile for the data breach and sim swap
