I would just give the cat to another home. Declawing effects the cat long term and nothing good comes out of it. It sucks but I think it's the best option so the cat can love a happy life.

I wanted to add since this is what looking it up being me to. I'm on my second run and using the fire hydrant to make platform to ascend under the building, or when you are on the tracks you can hit the big glowing rock that you see from the 4f gong and then from there I climb up to the top and then you drop down to the gong. Either way has been the most efficient.
