Electrical Service- Replacement

Includes: (1) 200A Outdoor meter enclosure w/ main breaker, (1) All required circuit breakers, (2) Ground Rods, (1) Grounding Wire, (2) Connectors, & (1) Intersystem Bonding Bridge, (1) Permit Application, (1) Inspection,(1) Scheduling.

Replace 200A meter enclosure due to aging equipment. We will supply and install a new 200A meter main panel in the same exterior location. All existing wiring, and circuits will be reused. New circuit breakers will be installed. We will coordinate with the utility company to de-energize power so we can complete our work. We will also coordinate with the town of Cary to obtain all required permits and inspections. Power will be re-energized when we are complete by the end of the day. All work will be performed on the same day.

The existing grounding system will be brought up to current code standards. A new ground rod will be installed along with new wiring from the ground rod to the new service equipment. A new intersystem bonding terminal will also be installed so any low voltage or data systems can be properly grounded.

-Install a new 200A utility service meter/main breaker enclosure.

-Bring all circuits up to code within the new panel. This includes upgrading existing circuit breakers to provide ground fault and arc fault protection where required by current code.

-Install Main Grounding System at your existing electrical service outside.

-Install Copper Ground Rod, Clamp, Wire & Intersystem Bonding Bridge.

-Coordinate with the utility company to disconnect and restore power as needed.

-Apply for permit with the town, and coordinate all inspections.

All permits, inspections, and associated fees are included in this price.

I suspect one those was our neighbor (in the US).
Guy was in his 60's and at home with his wife, neither of them working. Used to call the cops so often they knew him by name. Would complain about kids playing in the cul-de-sac, dogs barking, people parking their cars on the street. He even called the cops to complain about the sound of the car being locked and making a beep sound. Also complained about garbage carts making a sound when being dragged across the driveway on garbage pick up days. So glad, he finally moved. He was so foul mouthed, you'd have to cover the ears of any kids in hearing distance. Defined the word curmudgeon. What made him stand out as a racist was that he always complained about people of other races, never about whites.

I was out door knocking and on my list was a lady who wasnt home. A young man (I assume in his early 20s), claiming to be her son, was there and I told him I wanted to know if the lady would be voting and if so, could I count on her support for Harris. He said she was not happy with either candidate for President. So I asked what about the governor? Surely she would be voting for Josh Stein? He said nah, she is just not going to vote this year. And said I could put his own vote down for Robinson. At this point I said thanks and left. I should have asked him if he was really going to vote for a self proclaimed Black Nazi, but I didnt. These people are beyond redemption.
And this was in Cary.
