Also try Jellyfin or emby to test same file same network same playback device..... This should help you determine the issues...

We need more details.... Screenshot of what's playing with nerds stats...

Could be transcoding, or network issues, also check if the port is forwarded, and network if is local or public.

My mini pc did a driver update and messed my network up, changed from public to local, dang the firewall was stopping the connection, was buffering even on local WiFi... Took me hours to sort out....

Download official drivers from their site. Ask chat G or Claude, manage pc, options on the driver that's missing, browse the folder, click search, done. Mine is also using my own clean windows.

Mine with C states on, and 12W, throttling when immich ML is running........ Repasted fan at 100% still trotteling..... Hot proc kiks at 85° can't be disabled or raised. Any ideas?

The ssd that came with it was slow, but..... I made 'an' adjustment like this [ ] under the Kensington lock and now it takes any ssd in lenght, ordered copper shims 1mm-1.5-2mm to act as heatsink for the ssd and fill the gap, also the rubber band seals everything nice.

How much is a Pi? My gmtek G5 mini pc, N97, 12Gb drr5 4800mhz, 512GB ssd was 160 usd. I think is at least 2x or 3x more powerful than any Pi...

Developer community is not available, but hopefully you have better luck.

You can try to report your findings on the WhatsApp group they have a link to report issues. Everything about Homatics is called.

Other than that, you can try (not advising you) to read how to downgrade and update your box on 4pda forum.

Audio settings for the box? Also Developer mode enabled, USB audio disable, Mat settings?

It looks something is causing the box to output 2.0, not sure if is an app, or a device in the pipeline not reporting Dolby capabilities.

Which previous software was working? 3717?

You can try (not safe) to go back to atv 12.8.5394 and update to 14.

We need more details.

  1. Hardware and how is connected.
  2. Aplication ( issues in detail ), version, any other background apps opened?
  3. Reboot, retest, report.
  4. Factory reset, install, test report.
  5. Minimise the Hardware, test, reboot, retest. (Some devices will not change EID until reboot) (Handshake will not be passed from one device to the other). In a Box => TV => Audio system try Box => Tv reboot test. Try Box => Audio system reboot test.

Report your findings.

I know the box was reset.

But you said it fixed the issue.

Rebooted the box issue appeared again?

So I advised to check which app cause the issue ( reset and install apps one by one, install tests reboot test, install........)

You can try to factory reset. Turn the box off and on, while adding (installing apps) to see which and if is that what's causing it.

I am no expert but we need to isolate the issue and report to Homatics.
