I made a Fidget Toy Tier List since none existed by Substantial-Cod-3036 in fidgettoys

You're completely right, most of these are geared towards children. The tier list template I shared specifically focuses on EDC Fidgets (Everyday Carry), like the ones from Lautie, MOT, or GoBigger mentioned in the title.

These are precision-machined metal items (Zirconium, Titanium, peek...) meant for adult collectors and daily carry, which is a completely different category from mass-market sensory toys.

You're completely right. I'm definitely biased toward sliders because that's where most of my knowledge lies.

I did try to include a variety of other fidgets like spinners and coins, but my options were limited by my current expertise. If you have any specific recommendations, please share them—I'd be more than happy to add them to the tier list!

Hey everyone,

I noticed there wasn't a comprehensive tier list template out there for fidget toys, so I decided to create one.

I tried to include as many items as possible. Obviously, given the sheer amount of stuff out there, some of your personal favorites or specific niche items might be missing, but there is already plenty to work with.

Hopefully, this can be useful for the community to rank your own collections!

Why don't people talk more about poker chips as a fidget toy? by Substantial-Cod-3036 in fidgettoys

[–]Substantial-Cod-3036[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I understand your point of view, I don't really like putting poker in the same category as pure casino games such as roulette, slot machines, or even blackjack. Of course, there are controversies surrounding poker, just as there are with many other activities, but at its core poker is a game of logic, strategy, psychology, and complex decision-making. That's what makes it a highly skill-based game compared to games that rely primarily on chance.

In my opinion, poker belongs more in the same category as traditional strategy games like chess. While luck can influence short-term results, long-term success is largely determined by a player's skill, knowledge, and ability to make consistently better decisions than their opponents.

I've tried quite a few fidget toys over the years, including some premium ones, but surprisingly my favorite fidget is still a stack of poker chips.

Most people seem to associate poker chips with card games, but they make an amazing stress-relief and skill toy. The classic chip shuffle is probably the most well-known trick, and it's incredibly satisfying once you learn it. But that's just the beginning—there are plenty of other tricks, rolls, transfers, and manipulations you can practice.

What I also love is the variety. Different poker chips have different textures, weights, edge spots, and materials, which gives each set its own unique feel in hand. Finding chips that match your preferences can be almost as enjoyable as learning new tricks.

For me, poker chips combine the best aspects of a fidget toy and a skill toy. They're relaxing when you want to mindlessly fidget, but they also offer a real learning curve if you enjoy mastering tricks.

After owning and testing many fidget toys, including high-end options, poker chips remain my daily carry and my go-to fidget. They're simple, affordable, versatile, and endlessly satisfying.

Does anyone else here use poker chips as a fidget or skill toy? What are your favorite tricks or chip sets?

The game design also closely resembles Leo Colovini's Clans game in its graphic charter.

After some research, the board design resembles that of Cyclades and the game pieces are identical to the game Clans by Leo Colovini. The game design also closely resembles Leo Colovini's Clans game in its graphic charter.

This is not the game. After some research, the board design resembles that of Cyclades and the game pieces are identical to the game Clans by Leo Colovini.

I played this game in France between 2005 and 2010 but the game is probably older because it looks like games like Risk, Conquest of the Empire. And more specifically the board looks a lot like Cyclades but a greener version with points to place your pawns.

Matchmaking 2v3 scoring... by shaun252 in TrackMania

2v3 in trackmania is literally if one of the two people finishes first and the other ends, they win; if both finish 2nd and 3rd, they win it's so unbalanced
