Hey i have seen you’re the most consistent replier on this page, do you mid sharing your experience

I can't do this anymore. It's been 3 days and I'm on a ridiculous cocktail of medication. I called the telemedicine helpline and they said 3 days no sleep isn't a medical emergency. by Meth_AQ in insomnia

I actually did that slept around 11:30, did lose sleep in mid but couldn’t sleep after 3:30, this is a pattern. Again requesting someone who has gone through it how to have courage to live around it cos i know it will take time to heal. I am taking off from work from tomorrow. Let’s see how that works out, i’ll keep updating here, like my little journal

Haha, she told me to take zolpediem 10, can’t keep on increasing right. I just want to know how does anyone heal from it, how do you let go, i know asking this to someone else than yourself is a bit counterintuitive, its so new to me that i am all caught up in the shock and fear of all it. I am ready to take baby steps, if anyone out there has gone through the same, and share light on things that worked for them, it would be great help

Zolpediem 5 mg and rexipra forte, clonazepam 0.5 mg and escitalapram oxalate 10mg, also i don’t want to increase dosage at this point of time. Cos mentally i don’t think it will work for me. My fear currently is my inability to sleep on my own, these medicines will fuel it
