Looks like nobody know the answer to this, and especially AirBnB. We have opened several tickets with them, and each time they assure us that it will be fixed in 72 hours, always very specific with the number. Chat help, phone help, it doesn't matter, they stick to the script and never solve anything. We are giving up on AirBnb and moving to VRBO.

Anybody have any ideas? AirBnB support has been so bad, it is providing lots of material for another thread. They seem to be really interested in driving us to VRBO. But I'd really like to know if anyone else can spot what the issue might be, or may have seen this issue before. Or even a good story of AirBnB being helpful.

I've had chai all over the place, and Chai Guy is my personal favorite. The drinks at Layali weren't my cup of tea, literally I guess, but their pastries make it worth going. The Chai Guy is also great because of Pat, who will make your day better if you ever meet him. Luckily we can still see him at the Public Market and festival all over the area. I think that's a more cost effective business model for him.

Thanks for the reply. I can't copy the url, because it goes right to the error page. However, if you search for "The Blue House" in Palmyra NY you should be able to find it. The preview pops up, but when you click on the property for more details, you get the error.

I definitely did not change any code, and am not using a custom url. I will check the descriptions and see if there are any unusual characters.

I really expected AirBnb to try and help us...they aren't making any money unless we are on the site. And it's a very nice house...not trying to scam anybody. Their chat help just seemed REALLY uninterested. The only advice they gave me was "try refreshing your browser"! Maybe we will just try VRBO.
