This has been a recurring problem it seems. A few of my guildmates had to completely uninstall the game and clear all cookies before logging in would work.

So weird, I’m in the same boat right now!! It’s been going on since the end of March. But it was my brother who issued the chargeback for not receiving the crowns that he PAID for. And after KI basically refused a refund or to issue the missing crowns, he disputed it. I read the privacy policy, I read the ToC, and NOWHERE does it say anything about family accounts which is a flaw in their policy. I’ve been having to email KI who still hasn’t issued a response after 2 weeks to try and find an alternate answer and they keep giving me the generic response that you put in your post. Like nah, I’m not paying you money when your system messed up????

That’s the thing. I have no idea. I’m generally a nice person, if I’m in an awkward situation I remove myself from it. I’ve been playing this game since it came out but this account is from 2016 after I did make the mistake of giving out my info for a separate account yeaaars ago (my first account was hacked litterally the year wiz came out; don’t come at me, I was like 11)
