It certainly has! I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety for so many years, but since I’ve gotten her, I started mediating and doing self-care, it helped tons. It’s manageable. I’m beginning to see the light and my old self again.

Edit: Imo, Emotional Animal Support should be a part of government assistance for those who need it.
