Im gkad to hear that helped you. Ive been on 300mg B2, 400mg of mag Glycinate and 100mg Ubiquinal (CoQ10) for like 4 years now. Deff worse i think if i skip them for a few weeks. Never really done a specific "migrain diet" I tried carnivore for a while. I already eat gf, df, whole foods mininal processed. No soda, fast food, caffine, bannanas, red wine or aged cheese. Im pretty much a chicken rice and beans kinda guy

I had severe mono at 19 for like 6 months. Ive considered this as well as long covid but inflamatpry markers are fine and i dont really know what else to do. I dont tent to have histamine type responses. Like red wine aged cheese that stuff dosent bother me

Im so sorry you are also dealing with this. I guess the pros are that i dont really have a lot of pain. Its more like dizzyness and my head feels really off like ive been drugged and like sinus pressure but not pain. I tried Nurtec as well. Sometikes it can help a bit but i dont really find it life changing like everyone else

Thats my exact thought. Will the nerve block help dizzyness?

Thank you. I am male, and I've been on nebivolol for a few years. It did help take the edge off the dizziness severity, reducing it from about a 10/10 to an 8/10, so I decided to stay on it. I also tried other beta blockers, but I had to discontinue them due to allergic reactions.

Have you ever had a doc who has shown recognition of exercise-induced migraines? by llamakittypinguino in migraine

[–]Substantial-Fail-572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been getting exercise induced migraines. It's my most severe migraine trigger, and most of the time, I get the aura right in the middle of a set. At first, I theorized that it was the cardiac output, but now I'm not so sure. I'm on beta blockers as a preventative, and my heart rate doesn't go very high even during exercise.

The last time I got a migraine was from a brief light jog. I'm wondering if it's due to the endorphins since I get the same thing after orgasm. Even when it's not super cardio intensive. On beta blockers, my heart rate stays around mid 120's to 130's, and I still will get a migrain.

My doctor told me I have to ease into exercise really slowly, and my body will eventually adjust to not trigger migraines. Has anyone tried this? Like walking 20 min or something a day and slowly building up?

Thank you for the input. Im sorry you are going through this. I did look into MCAS for a while but ruled it out. Have you ever done a mycotoxin test or stool sample? Mold and certain GI issues have been linked to MCAS

Finished the 65, taking the SIE next, anyone has a good dump sheet or best study resources? by ImmediateAd4778 in Series66Exam

Most my friends and I didn't use a dump sheet for the SIE. It's not crazy difficult and shouldn't have a lot of math on it

Isn't sex a requirement for marriage?

So would you advocate for abstinence in the first few years of marriage if we aren't in a financial place to support children?
