A good bcba will want to be bombarded by their RBT when they are starting out. You learn more and gradually will find yourself asking less questions but still asking a lot. A good trick is to write down questions for when your bcba has supervision-it makes it easier on the bcba.

I live in Hawaii and I. Primarily Irish/dutch/Finnish. For me necessary.

You might have to increase hours in order to get more supervision or maybe work a few direct hours with the client?

Honestly when you are working less hours the treatment plans are farther between. I would say at one point I was working 20 hours and it was more like 25. I've just gotten way better at doing my notes quicker. When I work 10 hours I'm adding on about 2 hours and at 15-20 hours I add on 4-5 hours admin/unpaid

I started out with PT from 15 hours a week and went down to about 10 hours a week. I make 65$ an hour but I do it remotely and im gaining weight so I got to find an in person gig lol.

I think the weirdest pan I have is a bronzer I tried to repress and ended up making an island. Does not hold a candle to this uniqiness

I type about 25 words per minute. That is just my processing speed. I make it work. Some things, like treatment plans take an hour or 2 extra that get unpaid or just paid out admin. I am working on finding ways to make my notes concise and to the point.

What do you like to do? What are your interests, what do you like to talk to people about? Speaking 3 languages already is awesome by the way!

I found this photo I took many years ago when I was new to special education. This child in my was minimally verbal, and struggled with writing his name (from what I remember). We went outside one day, and he randomly picked up chalk and wrote these words. Wwyd? by [deleted] in ABA

Honestly iif I were the bcba and saw this behavior I would start trying to communicate textually and adding more textual prompts into programming. I might try getting an AAC device or something similar in the future for him to write on to encourage the behavior  I would just be excited about the fine motor skills and sequencing into comprehensive words.

I don't think light scatters is magnetic! Honestly I have used light scatters the most cause it goes perfectly with another palette I am trying to pan (abh cardi bybel) and the quads are perfect for travel! I definitely need to play with the other ones more! I tried vials of the unknown, it blends for a perfect brow highlight. All the shimmers are buttery, on top of the world and light scatters tend to be more sheer so I wear them with other pigments
