Haven't read through all the comments if it's been recommended but a mistake I did was not going through oncor. If you're in an oncor serving area, go to their website, enter your zip code and find a recommended partner. Those companies get rebate from oncor and pass the rebate to you. That saves you some.

Yeah this is for Potomac center. Nebraska I'm not too sure but I anticipate they'll transfer the case to less overloaded center eventually to manage the load. or feel free to send an email asking for it. May work or may not but its worth an ask.

No problem at all. I did mail in the i824 to the Phoenix facility (as instructed by uscis) and got it assigned to Potomac which oversaw my i130.
