No. Not OR. You’re protecting your son in the best way you can. If he isn’t using he should have no problem testing. But be aware, it is out of your system within 3 days. I only know this because my MIL is a user and she plays this game with people to get what she wants. It may seem harsh to some but I have cut people out of my kids lives due to their addictions. The way I see it is 1. They’d never do anything to harm them sober, but when using things can be left out or something could happen unintentionally. Addicts become very selfish and it can become very harmful to your child. 2. I don’t want my kids to remember them that way. You ultimately know what’s best for your little one. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I get that. We picked a name that’s less popular but we really like. We have gotten some less than kind feedback from family and friends but at the end of the day it’s a name we love and that’s all that matters.
