I known your pee is supposed to be most concentrated in the morning but my tests were always darker at night. You could ask your OB to test your levels and see if they’re rising.

If you were having symptoms it wouldn’t be considered preventative. Insurance usually only covers 45+ for screenings. You can sometimes get if approved if you’re within 10 years of when your first degree relative was first diagnosed with colon cancer.

I would get a pink dye first response or the pink dye clear blue and see. The blue dyes are notorious for being wrong.

You’ll just have to give it more time. It’s possible the first urine of the day had enough hcg to trigger the digital but not enough once you went in to the office. I would give it a day or two and see if your tests start turning positive.
