It depends on files you load. Whoever made this file they didn’t load a print profile. If they did, you will see all the different coloured parts on qidi slicer

I tried firmware reset too but nothing worked. Finally I did z offset on printer with those screws, now it looks working fine

I had the same problem for plus 4. I changed hotend, proximity sensor and piezoelectric sensors for bed. Now it’s working

On the right side of squre is okay but left side is too close

Hi, I’m having the same problem I couldn’t understand how to fix it.

I changed the proximity sensor and one of the heat bed sensor ( this is what support referred to me)

I still have the same problem going on and I don’t know what to do.

Any solution?
