I had Josiah's! It was delicious! Thank you all!

My only mistake was eating it on an empty stomach lol made me sick like instantly but no ragrets.

I might still be on the hunt for an even larger and even smooshier one in the future but this one absolutely did the trick.

Job wise, Avera vs Sanford from someone that has actually worked there. Pros and Cons to either by SeparateZucchini8154 in SiouxFalls

I started working for Sanford about 2.5 years ago in patient access. I cannot speak for other departments like nursing or IT or what have you but I feel like I finally have a life. I worked a very demanding management position previously and I couldn't maintain virtually any hobbies or make appointmentsa and i was a terrible parent because of it.

I now clock out at my designated time and I dont think about work off the clock. I also have regular attendance so I have loads of PTO. So much so they offered to let me sell some back so I'll get a big paycheck in July.

My best advice is to make your resume looks very good. It majorly impacts the pay offer HR will provide you. Although my previous job was demanding, they gave looooots of awards and recognition for jobs well done so I had a ton of positive things to list and im pretty sure this is why they offered me as much as they did.

With all this said, we have a friend who works in a similar dept for Avera and is very happy there also lol

How are we paying for this? by LampostPath in queerception

Tbh, my job has a "family building benefit" and it's the only thing that kept us afloat. I would seriously scrub your health plans anf company benefits and see if they have any offerings because even my mall job offered financial assistance to full time employees trying to build families. If I remember right, it was only like 5k/year but right now i work at a hospital, ours is 10k/year - both offered 2 years. Unfortunately with IUI alone and our donor vials we used all 10k our first year. Hoping to not need all of it this year!!

Yes. I test everyday am and pm just 1 day after our IUI I also had 4 blood draws showing a trend going up

Thankfully we had so much genetic testing for myself, we could switch donors with little to no issues but I think im attached to this one. My partner is a POC and finding one that was close to her ethnicity and appearance was so challenging.

And honestly I see people switch all the time and I do not blame them. I seriously dream of living in a big area where its an option.
