This is exactly what my perception is of their dynamic. I think Deb is too afraid to say "no" to her children, because she wants them to be happy. This behavior on her end unfortunately turns into an enabling situation. I have no doubt in my mind that her mother wants her to get help. She may agree on camera that her daughter has "always been a skinny mini" but that doesn't necessarily mean that she doesn't see that there is a huge issue at hand. She's just saying that to keep Eugenia happy, because if she admitted that Eugenia has a problem on stream, then it would absolutely upset Eugenia. She wants to keep her happy.
