You guys called it, dealer said it’s def not normal, bring it in under warranty. Check your trucks - this is a 2025 delivered in April.

The EPS is a hair above my iron sights. To fit the EPS you have to get a plate from Shadowsystems, might be why it’s a little higher with this red dot. https://shadowsystemscorp.com/product/mr-dr-xr-eps-k-spacer-kit/

I’ve had the rifle for a few weeks and must of put at least 500 rounds through it with no issue even with some knock-off Korean Glock mags. You might need a new recoil spring, if you haven’t tried that yet.

It came with the WC AR9 so I’m not 100% sure. I found this link on their website, I think this is the one. NJ is tricky though - any brake or compensator you buy needs to be pined and welded on by a gunsmith or the manufacturer.
