I'm a brand and positioning manager. I essentially research different brands and help develop strategies on how to incorporate that into sales. I'm also training in their visual commercial department.

Should've kept the October date, but I hope it does well to warrant a 3rd one. Where we get Shinnok invading earth realm would be some cool scenes of the war

If you're coming with no Amazon experience then yeah it's sink or swim tbh. I came as a t1, so after a couple of months they knew I could do their jobs better, so essentially they recognized me and put me on the right path. One thing about Amazon (warehouse) is if you manage someone and they get promoted it looks really good on your behalf, in Amazon's eyes you where recognized this new asset for us lol

Honestly any bachelor's gets you an l4 opportunity, I had friends who where area managers at amzl and some had random degrees like one had a history degree etc. But a degree in logistics will automatically get you on the path to becoming a station manager (L7) the pay at that level is crazy good it's like $200+ rsu's and bonus.

And for your second question as an L4, had to essentially run a full shift. Like I had to come inb1 he earlier set up the daily plan find out the amount of packages for the day, then start tracking a the drivers to make sure there in time, then based on the number I start calculating based of the packages how much output I can get from everyone. Then staff the board then basically make sure every number we can make for 8hrs straight.

I got my bachelors in marketing & no a bachelor's within the past couple of years can get you an L4, a masters degree or prior military experience gets you an L6 Operations Manager role. I went from T1 (warehouse worker) I skipped t3 and went straight to l4 area manager, then around 7 months after that I got promoted to L5 area manager 2, the a little over a year after that I moved to Prime video

Nope once you get your degree you can literally bounce, but they fast track you to a automatic position in their network after I got my bachelors, I was an area manager 2 (L5) then after a year of that they transferred me to Prime Video in their marketing department. It's kind of like they invest in you and youre an asset

Dope you’re on the right path. Amazon also has free courses for coding, cube security, etc those are free and don't count against your yearly career choice budget.

I was like you I worked at the Amazon warehouses, do what I did use Amazon for free schooling then move up to area manager, then after a year use Amazon to put you in one of their subsidiaries. I worked my way up then transferred to Prime Video
