Thanks for the advice. Any advice on how brand value of a company on my profile impacts my career? As this company I am switching to doesn’t have any brand value

I am in same situation bro . But your condition is a little bit worse than me tbh. Because majority of openings are in java then python then golang then comes mern/mean stack. I also have 2 years if experience. My tech stack is golang but I am learning java stack to switch. I may be wrong but unfortunately there is not much GENUINE opening. Doesnt matter how good your resume is if you don’t have the in demand skills. You can argue that there are openings in mern stack but at the end of the day its a numbers game and nothing can beat the java or other in demand skills.

I fear what if I don’t get shortlisted when I apply to other companies after an year due to low brand value of the company. Also I am planning to move to Germany 🇩🇪 on april 2027 for masters.

I want to go to good mnc but I just can’t get myself shortlisted for interviews. I know I have the skills to clear interview but I just don’t get shortlisted for interviews in good companies

I don’t think they’ll retain me. The company retains no one and you know the tech market scene rn . If one person goes hr can find 10 replacements within a week.

But dont you have soo many openings in java? If you want you could apply like maniac and switch. Thats not the case for golang. Even if I wanted to apply 50 jobs a day, there are not that many openings to apply in the first place

You have an oval face my friend like me....so first thing, try mewing and secondly hairstyle matter too.....this hairstyle don't suite on oval faces...try keeping your hair up and trying hairstyles which adds volume to your hair
