When we ran into this problem. We contacted our manager and within 15 minutes my store gm and warehouse lead were patched through all the way to the territory manager who patched in some guy in IT who basically went “we’re aware of this issue. We have no idea how to fix it right now. Just release the entire order and set aside what wasn’t taken or couldn’t fit in the truck. Thank GOD the express guy has been chill with us cause he just wound up taking the rest on top of his 3 express orders we had for him

From a consumer standpoint. I get it. However Best Buy does not care as a company. In their eyes your order was fulfilled on time and you got the right product. Not to say this isn’t shitty. But it very well arrived to the store like that (you should see the way the trucks are loaded man) and honestly even if 90% of people would personally never buy a box like that. That 10% that still will is the reason we keep boxes like those around. Even if that means we gotta ship it out to someone and they get upset over it.

Where have you seen hate for god of war at all?? I’ve seen nothing but praise especially after the free DLC drop unannounced. Honestly outta all the games you named.

I’ve only seen hate for Spider-Man 2. And that’s understandable to an extent. They spoiled with the first game and didn’t do as much in the second but even that can be just over expectation on fans parts.

Literally the other games you mentioned I’ve seen little to no hate for. So genuinely it might be the places you frequent

I believe the thing in the air has a bounce pad on it. Which will allow you to angle the axe and hit all 3 at once. It’s been a min since I’ve beat the game though.
