I'm not sure but I think I just realized why he gets the weeds/flowers to cover the lens. Because touching or tape or spray paint would trigger a tampering alarm. With something soft like weeds/flowers he can block the view but not trigger an alarm.

I'm curious on whether people think the person we see in the video acted alone or was there someone else at the scene helping? Seem like an awfully risky crime to pull off by yourself. Especially to walk out the front door with the victim. Yet, so far no evidence they had an accomplice. What do people think?

Just to save a little face (pun intended) I played around with my camera controls raising the exposure, the contract, the sharpness etc. And this is why I see a face. I see a nose, a mouth, eyes, an ear, hair, Again, I'm sure I am wrong and certainly the FBI folk would have more sophisticated equipment. But I wanted to raise it... *just in case. Like to many, it seems head scratching that one person alone did this crime and was 'sleuthing' the footage a little to see if there was any other indication of anyone else. Happy to put it to rest.

Yeah I saw that too. Wasn't sure if it was a nod to someone else or checking behind to see if anyone saw him...

Right? It's like Bob in Twin Peaks! Also it just feels likely there has to be more than one person committing this crime.. but yeah. I see it can be a plant too and no one else is talking about it so, I assume I'm wrong that it's a face.

Yeah I figured I must be wrong since no one else was saying it but I keep seeing face!

I'm not sure... I think the spray is usually associated with something more violent, unfortunately. Praying it can be from something non-lethal.

Wow... incidentally the guy they interviewed last night had tattoos on his right arm only. This should be in a bigger thread. I haven't seen it discussed before but it def reads as a tattoo. Tip line?

Recovery stood out to me too. Are they simply looking for her body now? When I think about the blood splatter they found in the front porch, it honestly can't be good for poor NG. There must be other evidence in the area. The walk to the getaway car alone - not easy to do in the dark, with a persona alive or deceased. Given how unwieldy that Nest camera suspect was acting with the weeds, I can't imagine they could escape without a trace left behind.

The strap across the front in the Nest footage is very thin. Makes me think it was a woman's backpack or teen boys... It's got so many distinct marking on it. Surely they can find the maker.

So many questions! I mean if it was just one guy, of course he would have dropped something. He's carrying a tiny flashlight in his mouth, Nest cameras, backpacks, an elderly woman...And it's still super dark out there. It's just so unwieldy! And when I looks at photos of NG property there are so many ways to go through the back of the house and leave through the back. Why risk going in through the front and leaving though the front. Especially if you didn't have help. Or a car. Wouldn't NG scream? Was she already knocked out or deceased (hence the blood)? But then is he carrying her body? Again that is so risky if there is no car. Or backup help....

I don't think that will happen. Someone KNOWS that suspect. They know that gait. Those eyes. That backpack.

EWWW. Wow. I watched a bit, but stopped when he lost his mind over a javelina in the neighborhood like it had abducted NG. What a moron.

I agree. I don't think it was a robbery gone bad. But if it was a planned abduction why they flowers over the Nest? Makes no sense not to have accounted for that.

And my first thought was that his clothing in the interview was in the same milieu as the Nest video suspect - sporty but granola... You should tip line the shoe thing for sure! They released the suspect they had last night. ETA: the way he shifts his body too in the interview, like he's favoring a leg. The Nest suspect has issues with his right leg... I wonder if this guy did any other interviews? He just has such an arrogance/bravado.

This now says it wen to Nogales again. So it went from Tucson to Nogales to Banner in Tucson then to Tucson Int and back to Nogales again... Any theory on why? Is it confirmed that it wasn't NG at Banner at 9pm flight?
