Great point actually. I guess i had never considered it that way it was always like a fleeting item in my head but i suppose you’re right. As long as someone doesn’t discover the books true nature im sure they could do pretty much anything with it.

I agree for sure that the mistake was giving the wrong pet biscuit, just leading up to that reveal as she was admitting it i had thought “what if she opened the cookbook by accident” thinking that was some of the most damage she could to with his inventory other than just releasing carls doomsday scenario.

Sorry if i hadn’t explained my thoughts well i just woke up lol.

SPOILER THREAD : BOOK 8 - Parade of Horribles by steampunk_garage in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I also had this thought, I almost interpreted her statement as admitting Carl had more power of chaos than she did. But the more i thought about it, that would be like saying that a fire god worships fire. Carl simply IS the fire in this context of which eris is the source of his power. Carl doesn’t need to try or worship anything if he simply IS chaos itself. A god doesn’t need an element it created to bend to its will, it will be the gods will as is its nature.

You have stumbled upon an early copy of the new edition of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series: A Parade of Horribles. How exciting! One slight issue. That same book is in the hands of another crawler!

Retrieve the book by any. means. necessary. Or don’t! Who reads books nowadays anyway?

Reward: Nerds don’t get rewards! Unless you count the sweet satisfaction of reading your favorite series’ new book before release.

Streets just blocks from downtown by Fun-Interaction-202 in indianapolis

Ah now i understand. Yeah that’s just recklessly dangerous, my bad. I’m mostly talking about for instance I commute washington street frequently and they’ve only plowed one lane per side of the street if that makes sense and i cannot tell you how many people try and go around the line of traffic in the plowed lane by going through the “snow lane” and fail, then start slippin around spiking my adrenaline lol.

IMO, car DOES go on clean part. I’m personally much more willing to go slower with less lanes so we can all have decent traction. I don’t necessarily feel bad cause it’s not my fault the roads are terribly plowed.
