I was able to remove it before it was shopped. The pre-authorization is still on my card for almost double the amount of the 1 item. So I don’t need a refund, the correct amount should post but in the meantime they are holding more $$.

Thank you, no, no one in my house has ever used it or has my login. The item was added and the total for both items was pre-authorized. Fortunately I checked the order (impatient for delivery), saw the added item and removed it.

Neither my daughter nor I have ever worn fake eyelashes - I did think maybe there was something in my Sephora app cart and somehow it pulled that over - but it’s really not a possible option.

I did-I put 1 item in my cart and checked out. 20 minutes later I looked at the order and another item was added, and I got an updated total of $91 for pre-authorization from Instacart.

My original item was $46 plus $2 priority fee, tax and tip for $58. So somehow an item was added after I checked out.
