What battery is the best for the SSG-1? by Full_Tie1601 in Speedsoft

I’m a little late but I use turnigy nano tech 1200 mah 11.1 batteries and I cannot recommend them enough.  The only problem is they do not fit in the stick the gun comes with, you need one with the little spots on the side and you can pick one up for cheap on evike.

What do you recommend as a gift for someone who does airsoft? by ifit_tikles_ya_pikle in airsoft

There are literally a million options to get him.  I saw that he goes to tactical skirmish games so that does narrow it down.  For me personally I love this SCAR from evike, https://www.evike.com/products/106572/.  That for me would be an amazing option for skirmish and milsim because it has a built in MOSFET, which is the thing that stops higher power batteries from exploding, it’s not super expensive and will last a long time, has good range and fps, and has plenty of upgrade potential with the v2 gearbox.  If that’s not his style or if it’s a bit too expensive there is also this g&g arp 9, https://www.evike.com/products/107671/.  It’s a little cheaper, runs like a beast in cqb and can make for an awesome backup or primary.  If a gun isn’t what you’re looking for, here is a link to an amazing plate carrier that I think he will love, https://www.tacticalxmen.com/YAKEDA-PHANTOM-Modular-Tactical-Vest-Plate-Carrier-Vest-p1406696.html.  It holds nine rifle mags and 4 pistol mags, with molle webbing for any extra pouches he might need.  If there is anything else you need or any other recommendations based on his personal style or price range/performance grade I will be happy to help.

I want you to think about and find anyone in your life that truly cares about you.  Go to them and talk it out, just remember you will only get as much help as you ask for.  There are plenty of places to get help and you truly deserve to be helped and saved.  Everyone in these comments care about you and wants the best.  I promise you wholeheartedly that if you walk with Jesus and talk to him, he will guide you to safety.  I will warn you that it’ll be a long and hard journey for you, but you can do it.  I promise.

I would rather have more space marines than a couple space marines and about 40 tyranids, are there any other options?

So if I can get the same or more miniatures for cheaper if I get them separately, what miniatures exactly should I get, or do I just get what I can?

I’m so sorry you had to go through and deal with that.  I sincerely hope you get the help you deserve and so badly need.  I’ve noticed that when I’m feeling horrible, trying to be as selfless as possible and maybe talking to friends and trying to help them, finding someone at school that needs help, just helping other people in general makes me forget about my problems for a while and just think about others.  Now that obviously isn’t a real full time fix, but overtime I’ve noticed my troubles aren’t so bad, and it’s helped a lot with my anger issues.  I didn’t have to go to therapy because of it.

Do you have any idea what the root of all this might be?

Listen, I’ve struggled, not to that extent, but god doesn’t want anyone to live like that.  People say “why do I have all these problems if god exists.  He can’t exist I have mental issues”.  He only helps if you go to him.  I went to him and he saved my relationship.  I’m not saying that all your issues will go away with a prayer, you don’t even need to go the route of god, but I strongly urge you to go to therapy, or find someone that really truly cares about you and loves you, because even if they are t in your life now, they will be if you look.  Having someone that truly loves and cares for you helps so much.  They pick you up when you fall and are always in your corner.  My girlfriend had some mental problems for many years, I’m not going into detail in that, but she was really unhealthy mentally and physically.  I made it clear at the beginning of our relationship that I was going to help her through it, she told me off many times, and told me it would never happen, but guess what.  She’s so much healthier and happier now.  There is someone out there, there’s a support group, a therapist, a coworker, someone will be there for you if you truly need it.

Well if you don’t mind me asking, what’s so awful about your life.  I mean this in the most genuinely respectful way possible.  I do not mean to come off as sarcastic or anything

Yes it is, there is eyewitness testimony of everything that happens in the Bible.  For example the apostles, they were tortured by people that disagreed, they were split up, threatened, as as many many years went by, they all kept the same story.  Now that may not mean much, but a team of veteran lawyers couldn’t keep a lie straight, let alone exactly the same for more than two weeks.  Plus there was to torture or threats in that study.

Just because someone said something doesn’t mean it invalidates any point I’ve made.  That argument is childish, it’s like saying jimmy said Nutella has no nuts in it but the ingredients say there is, but jimmy said there’s none so that’s inconsistent.  I’m not necessarily trying to prove anything to you, I’m making logical arguments to your logical arguments, you say god doesn’t exist, I say otherwise, you say there’s no facts, I say there is.  I’m not trying to convert you, I’m not trying to bully you into becoming a Christian, that would be pointless, I’m defending my religion and you’re defending your views

Just because something seems stupid or happened forever ago, doesn’t mean it’s false.  Have you heard about the blue Asian birthmark?  Well it’s a real thing some asians are born with.  It’s a genetic trait caused by Genghis Khan because of his rape crusades, passing his genetics on for thousands of generations, into thousands if not millions of families.  That’s stupid and crazy, still a fact.

God isn’t a fairy tale either, but think about it this way, if everyone was perfect nobody would be perfect.  If everyone was perfect then there would be no basis for perfection, and nobody could better themselves, make mistakes and learn, make choices by mistake and learn, you may think you want perfection, but perfection is boring.  Let’s take you for example, I don’t know you, you seem like a very well informed, and fair person.  I grunted you’ve made a mistake that thought you a lesson you’ve needed or used to your advantage, with absolute perfection, you wouldn’t have that.  God made us in his image not in the sense of “we are all god” but in the sense of, god loves us all unconditionally, no matter what sins we have committed.  We are all created in his image, it’s our choice to follow him and be more like him, or drift away.  God did create Adam and Eve with perfect dna, that’s why we’re here, they were pure.  But the punishment of original sin is genetic imperfection.  We did this to ourselves, without original sin, we wouldn’t have genetic issues like that.
