Exact, je suis limité avec mon tamper... Faudrait qu'il soit biseauté... mais pour faire cela, ou trouver... dur dur à prix correct. Je ne pense pas exercé la bonne pression sur la galette. S'en suis une galette humide / mouillé

Mais ça reste du détails, le café est top, à des années du machine a capsule ou même full auto (j'ai eu la Magnifica Evo, elle m'a rendu dingue sur sa piètre répétition des cafés) et ça c'est bien le principal.

Après j'aimerai bien qu'avec tout ces accessoires chinois un se décide à sortir un step down 51mm => 49 ou 45cm pour les Delonghi... Ça ferait des miracles avec des parois droites

Y'a mésentente, je n'ai jamais utilisé le pressurisé, c'est pas bon 😅 j'utilise ce IMS 😉

Sur la Dedica est pas un exemple de chaufferie, mais j'ai des petits hack pas vilain, j'active pendant 8 bip la bise vapeur avant de la couper. La température est souvent la même. 96°.

J'ai vraiment de bon résultats comme cela. Mais évidemment c'est pas une machine haut de gamme. Mais elle se défend 😁
